ILCA Women's Coaching at Stokes Bay

Stokes Bay SC are hosting the ILCA Womens Coaching Programme on 26th July. The ILCA Womens Coaching Programme is designed to help sailors progress to the next level and is open to all women: competent sailors new to ILCAs, new to racing and experienced club racers. At Stokes Bay we launch on a shingle beach so sailors must be comfortable launching and recovering in waves.  Shore crew will be on hand to do the heavy lifting.

Participants are invited to join Stokes Bay SC for Club Racing on Sunday free of charge. 

Olympic Coach Georgina Povall with an all-female team creates a positive learning atmosphere and makes technical concepts easy; she inspires self-belief so that everyone gains consistency and confidence. And lets be honest, speed.

George will decide the precise programme for the day closer to the time when we know about weather conditions and participants.

We have a small number of hire boats available at £25 per boat
