This training is for ILCA7 National Development (U23s) Group the aim of which is to provide additional support for ILCA7 sailors aiming primarily for the U21 Euros and Worlds each year and provide a bridge between ILCA6 and ILCA7 British Sailing Squad. It is part of a training block led by Ali Young designed for sailors to attend most sessions, covering themes such as:
- -dictating play
- -being 1 step ahead
- -what's the story the boat is telling me.
There is also an online training package and a mentoring package available to book separately.

Training policy. All cancellations are subject to £5 admin fee. No refund after entry closing date.
