This training is for ILCA7 National Development (U23s) Group the aim of which is to provide additional support for ILCA7 sailors aiming primarily for the U21 Euros and Worlds each year and provide a bridge between ILCA6 and ILCA7 British Sailing Squad. Ali Young will do five 1 on 1 mentoring sessions (of about 30 mins) during the winter provide individual advice and support.
